Orders and acceptance

Products, prices and availability may change. Adding an item to the bag does not reserve it. An order is accepted after Foodist receives successful payment and issues confirmation.

Foodist may contact you to clarify order details or, where necessary, reject or cancel an order and refund the amount paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars. The checkout displays the product subtotal, applicable delivery fee and total before payment.

Online payments are processed securely by MyFatoorah. You must provide accurate billing and contact details and be authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Products and allergies

Foodist products are handmade, so appearance and presentation may vary slightly from photographs. Product descriptions and images are illustrative.

Food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including dairy, gluten, eggs, sesame and nuts. Contact Foodist before ordering if you have an allergy. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free preparation environment unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery fees, service areas, timing, address requirements and redelivery conditions are governed by the Delivery Policy available on the website.

You are responsible for providing a complete address and reachable phone number and for ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Cancellations, problems and refunds

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they have been placed. Problems with damaged, missing or incorrect items and any eligible refunds are handled under the Cancellation & Refund Policy available on the website.

Website use and liability

You may use the website only for lawful personal ordering. Foodist branding, photographs and website content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foodist is not responsible for indirect loss or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
